Optical Measurements using OGP® SmartScope® CNC 250
The CNC 250 instrument used by the GAUDLITZ experts operates with the proven OGP® Measure XTM measurement software. This is complimented by CAD conversion, contour, evaluation, custom report and statistic programmes. That way we can ensure the most precise analysis and evaluation of your parts.
With the assistance of various converter lenses and exclusive lighting technology a scale resolution of up to 0.5 microns, and thus the best possible presentation of the parts, is achievable. We can also ensure the reliability of our readings by availing of special management and storage technology across the entire XYZ platform.
Using the DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology we can, in addition, achieve short inspection times as well as speedy traverse path movements.
