Measurement with the dual flank gear rolling tester
To assess the functional behavior of gears reliably, we use the double flank gear rolling procedure: This is a quick and easy method of verifying the functional accuracy of gears. We have two instruments available to us for this purpose.
With the dual flank gear rolling instrument we can determine Total Composite Error Fi", Tooth-to-Tooth Error fi " Composite Runout Error Fr", Mean Center Deviation and the axial distance. The device is specially designed for small specimens. This is particularly suitable for plastic gears. The sophisticated design is extremely precise and sensitive as is necessary for the accurate measurement of small specimens.
We offer the measurement of the geometries:
- Screws
- Spur gearing
- Pinion
- Helical gears
